We've ordered from here a few times but, I don't think we will again.
The food is decent most of the time. We've definitely had nights when the food was just plain bad and we shouldn't have bothered again but, it's very close to us and when we're really hungry, we sometimes get desperate. The food is quite bland though and lacks and real pizazz. There is no consistency to speak of and there is evident cross contamination. Chicken and Bacon shouldn't taste fishy. :/
The bigger problems we have is the management. They are incredibly rude, inappropriate with customers, blame customers for THEIR mistakes and complain about THEIR ordering system as if customers should know not to order online, despite it being available and more convenient.
They may be the closest, most convenient place but, they certainly don't deserve our time or money- or that of anyone else with the way they trash-talk their customers! -

Extremely rude customer service!! Called to find out if they will still deliver to us, we live alittle ways out of the way. The employee was extremely rude and yelled at me on top of hanging up on me in the middle of the conversation! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Well where to start I have given this place many chances and sometimes it's good sometimes, and sometimes not. Sometimes it's really bad but tonight was the last straw I'm waiting for my food and an irate customer comes in and starts screaming that he's going to murder the delivery guy. And he was going to wait for him by his car and I'm sure with all the commotion, they forgot to actually make my Chicken wings salad right! I had no dressing, no hot sauce, no nothing when I called to see what they were going to do he said he take care of it and a delivery guy showed up with him some sauce and some dressing and that's it not cool! So now I work for Pizza Nook making my own salad when I could've just made my own salad at home not impressed and will be going back. The tomatoes were so bad I cut up fresh ones home!

I received a flyer in the mail to pizza nook and my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. It's nice and close, only a mile away and we've been looking for somewhere we like to deliver. So I called for delivery, they sounded very upset on the phone then when they found out where I lived (again only a mile away) they told me they weren't delivering there that night because they only had one driver. Didn't offer for me to pick up they just left it at that and ended the call. So I haven't tried their food but I'm upset at the lack of effort. I would have waited a good amount of time for delivery but I couldn't even place an order. And I'm sorry, but if your driver isn't making deliveries a mile away then where the heck are they making deliveries to? I know I had the option to ask for pickup but there's a reason people want delivery and after their lack of optimism and accommodation I wasn't very interested in ordering at all.

Delicious! I had the craving for pizza and they answered with a superb pie! Ive tasted the buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch pizzas and both were better than expected from a pizza place I never heard of. Now don't get me wrong, there are a few good pizza places around me, but definitely not the chain pizza spots. As far as the apps like poppers and garlic knots, they are nothing to rave about. The poppers seem like previously frozen, and the knots were enjoyed too much by my group. I did enjoy the knots, but I think they could be better. The Lamb Gyro was acceptable, it was lacking on tziziki sauce, and the lamb was missing some flavor. I would also opt for a thinner pita bread, or ask them to toast it more. Other than that. I thought it was a good experience. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
